WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ERICA L.
